WHAT IS PRE-ORDER?

Pre-order refers to the purchase of an item that is not currently available for immediate shipping but is in the process of being made. It is estimated that orders placed as pre-orders will be delivered within 20 business days from the date of purchase. In extreme cases, our team will contact you, notifying you of any delays regarding the delivery date. If the items are handcrafted, this date may vary.

If you have placed an order that includes a combination of pre-order and available items, the entire order will be shipped once the pre-order item is ready.

CANCELING YOUR ORDER

Once the order is confirmed, no changes can be made before delivery. Our sales team processes orders promptly. We do not offer or accept order cancellations.

HOW TO CHECK THE STATUS OF MY PURCHASE

Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number that will allow you to track the delivery. If you have an account with Baobab, you can log in to your account to track all your orders. In case you do not receive the tracking number, you can contact us at humbertocubel@gmail.com or info@cubel.co.

HOW LONG DOES INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TAKE? 

Our standard order processing time is 2 to 3 business days, which includes availability verification and credit check. Once your order has been shipped, you can expect to receive it within an estimated 5 to 6 business days from the shipping date.

  • Asia and Middle East / $30.00 / 5-6 business days + 2-3 business days for processing
  • Europe / 5-6 business days + 2-3 business days for processing
  • Latin America / 3-4 business days + 2-3 business days for processing

RETURN POLICY - WARRANTY

Size changes are only possible based on availability. Refunds are not allowed. You have 5 calendar days to submit your request.

If you wish to return your purchase, you have fifteen (15) calendar days for national sales and thirty (30) calendar days for international sales. The calendar days will be counted from the delivery date of your order.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Return labels cost $25 for the United States and $40 for the rest of the world. Items must be in their original condition, with packaging, label, and hygiene seal in place. The items must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

All garments have a total warranty of 30 calendar days for returns. The accepted reasons are:

  • Poor condition of the garments: stains, tears, design irregularities such as fit issues or pattern errors. (Please note that our garments have an oversized fit, and handcrafted items may show irregularities inherent to the design.)
